Talos360, based in Warrington, is seeking a Product Owner to lead integrations, reporting, and data capabilities within our SaaS platform. You will work with customers, stakeholders and development teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance connectivity and data insight, driving customer value and platform growth.

The role focuses on prioritising backlogs, shaping the Talos Marketplace, and collaborating with Engineering and commercial teams in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar product-focused role.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and data-driven products.
• Experience managing stakeholder requirements and product backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the Integrations and Reporting product backlogs.
• Drive the growth and development of the Talos Marketplace and integration ecosystem.
• Define requirements and user stories for new product enhancements.
• Work closely with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Collaborate with third-party software providers and technology partners.
• Develop reporting and data solutions that help customers gain greater insight from their recruitment activity.
• Gather customer feedback and market trends to influence product direction.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies across the platform.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Product Owner to join our Product team and play a key role in shaping how our platform connects with the wider HR technology ecosystem.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Product Owner who enjoys working with APIs, data, integrations and SaaS technology, while collaborating closely with Engineering, Customer Operations and Commercial teams.

The Role

As Product Owner, you'll own the roadmap for integrations, reporting and data capabilities across the Talos platform.

You’ll work with customers, stakeholders and development teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve connectivity, data insight and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the Integrations and Reporting product backlogs.
• Drive the growth and development of the Talos Marketplace and integration ecosystem.
• Define requirements and user stories for new product enhancements.
• Work closely with Engineering teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
• Collaborate with third-party software providers and technology partners.

• Experience with reporting or BI tools such as ThoughtSpot.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Productboard or similar product management tools.
• Experience using AI tools to support product discovery, analysis or delivery.
