With proven product management experience gained within the banking industry, ideally managing savings or other financial products, you’ll bring the expertise needed to drive meaningful impact from day one.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from developing new propositions and bringing them to market through to monitoring performance and ensuring consistently positive customer outcomes. Your strong verbal and written communication skills will enable you to influence decisions, collaborate effectively across the business, and champion great customer outcomes. You’ll also play a key part in driving trading performance and leading initiatives that support the continued growth of our savings book.

We are happy to consider flexible working approaches to help you perform at your best.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract opportunity.

At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible. For this job you’ll spend at least two days per week, or if part time you’ll spend 40% of your working time, based at either our Swindon, London or Northampton office. If your application is successful, your hiring manager will provide further details on how this works. You can also find out more about our approach to hybrid working here.
