Job summary

Ipsum is seeking a Product Owner to take strategic ownership of a portfolio of enterprise products and business systems. You will drive value, governance, and adoption across key platforms supporting Ipsum’s transformation journey.

You will define roadmaps, prioritise backlogs and partner with Operations, Finance, Commercial, HR, IT and Engineering to improve efficiency, user experience and business performance. This role emphasises strategic thinking and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into product requirements.
• Proven ability to define roadmaps and manage product backlogs with measurable value.
• Strong understanding of product ownership and driving adoption and improvements.
• Ability to leverage data and user feedback to guide decisions and improve platforms.
• Experience supporting digital transformation and system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive a portfolio of enterprise products and business systems, delivering value and growth.
• Define and manage product roadmaps, priorities and backlogs for clear requirements.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Commercial, HR, IT and Engineering to improve efficiency.
• Champion product adoption using data, feedback and performance insights to optimise systems.
• Lead delivery with Software Engineering, Business Analysts and suppliers through the lifecycle.
• Support migration or rationalisation of legacy platforms and ensure compliance and security.

About The Role…

As Product Owner, you will take strategic ownership of a portfolio of enterprise products and business systems, ensuring they deliver value, drive operational excellence, and support business growth. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will lead continuous improvement, governance, and adoption of key platforms that underpin Ipsum’s digital transformation journey.

As a Product Owner you will…

• Own and drive a portfolio of enterprise products and business systems, ensuring they deliver measurable value and support Ipsum's strategic objectives.
• Define and manage product roadmaps, priorities and backlogs, translating business needs into clear product requirements and improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Commercial, HR, IT and Engineering to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, user experience and business performance.
• Champion product adoption and continuous improvement, using data, user feedback and performance insights to optimise systems and processes.
• Lead the delivery of product enhancements, working closely with Software Engineering teams, Business Analysts and third-party suppliers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, system integrations and the migration or rationalisation of legacy platforms across the Group.
• Ensure products remain compliant, secure and aligned with operational, commercial and regulatory requirements while enabling safe and effective ways of working.
