Job summary

Ipsum is seeking a commercially minded Product Owner to take strategic ownership of a portfolio of enterprise products and business systems, driving value and supporting business growth. Responsibilities

• Own and drive a portfolio of enterprise products and business systems, ensuring they deliver measurable value and support Ipsum's strategic objectives.
• Define and manage product roadmaps, priorities and backlogs, translating business needs into clear product requirements and improvements.
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Commercial, HR, IT and Engineering to identify opportunities that improve efficiency, user experience and business performance.
• Champion product adoption and continuous improvement, using data, user feedback and performance insights to optimise systems and processes.
• Lead the delivery of product enhancements, working closely with Software Engineering teams, Business Analysts and third-party suppliers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, system integrations and the migration or rationalisation of legacy platforms across the Group.
• Ensure products remain compliant, secure and aligned with operational, commercial and regulatory requirements while enabling safe and effective ways of working.

Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will lead continuous improvement, governance, and adoption of key platforms that underpin Ipsum’s digital transformation journey.
