Job Title: Product Owner – Digital Health App

About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a market-leading digital health provider supporting millions of users across the UK and Ireland with innovative wellbeing solutions. We’re looking for a Product Owner to join a newly formed, high-impact team focused on expanding a flagship wellbeing app.
This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on user wellbeing by delivering engaging, high-quality content and features in an award-winning mental health and wellbeing product.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap for a leading mental health and wellbeing mobile app.
- Define and deliver clear vision, goals, and success criteria for the product and content.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, clinical experts, and design teams to drive engagement and adoption.
- Lead the creation of product requirements including epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the voice of the user—using analytics, feedback, and wellbeing trends to inform decisions.
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog and facilitate Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Oversee content planning, curation, and updates aligned with wellbeing themes, seasonal trends, and business priorities.
- Ensure clinical accuracy and tone consistency by working with subject matter experts and editors.
- Support release planning, documentation, training, and internal enablement to maximize adoption.
- Monitor competitors and market shifts to identify opportunities for innovation.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Product Owner.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and working with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of CMS tools and publishing workflows (e.g., DatoCMS or similar).
- Strong user-centered thinking, with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Passion for mental health and wellbeing; prior experience in this sector is a plus.
- Familiarity with content governance and localization strategies.
- Experience working with marketing or editorial teams.
- Experience in regulated sectors (e.g., healthcare, financial services).
