This position involves leading a Scrum team within Allianz Personal or Commercial, managing the full development lifecycle from concept to delivery, evaluating opportunities, and prioritizing tasks through a clear backlog. You will also support the Business Analysis/Scrum team with epic creation, assist Business Owners in solution validation, review epics, user stories, designs, and facilitate business validation testing in collaboration with the Architecture team.
This is a hybrid role with multi-site working options, including two days per month in London. The salary is approximately £50,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and location, complemented by a comprehensive reward package.
