Job summary

• Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior business leaders, technical teams, suppliers and clients.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear management information and identify opportunities to drive business value.
• Pragmatic, resilient and innovative, with the ability to manage a complex workload while maintaining service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive technology adoption: Lead and support the adoption of key technology solutions, embedding platforms into day-to-day practice and helping teams understand how they can improve efficiency and client service.
• Shape product roadmaps: Work closely with legal technology specialists and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to roadmaps and future developments.
• Lead platform projects: Manage and support projects involving new solutions, upgrades, integrations and configurations with agile practices.
• Manage key relationships: Build credible relationships with legal teams, senior stakeholders, suppliers and technology colleagues to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Improve governance and performance: Analyse technology usage and adoption, identify barriers and opportunities for improvement, and help develop governance across the tech portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Product Owner to join a global professional services environment and play a key role in shaping and embedding technology solutions across the organisation. Working within an established Technology Products team, the role will focus on driving adoption of legal technology, improving how platforms are used and ensuring technology delivers measurable value for both internal teams and clients. With a strong focus on digital transformation and emerging technology, the position offers broad exposure across the business and the opportunity to influence how technology supports future service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive technology adoption: Lead and support the adoption of key technology solutions, embedding platforms into day-to-day practice and helping teams understand how they can improve efficiency and client service.
• Shape product roadmaps: Work closely with legal technology specialists and senior stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify new opportunities and contribute to product roadmaps and future developments.

Skills & Attributes

• Legal technology experience: Experience working with legal technology solutions, with exposure to platforms such as HighQ and/or Contract Express highly desirable.
• Strong technical capability: A strong technical understanding with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into clear, practical information for a variety of audiences.
• Stakeholder management skills: Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, including senior business leaders, technical teams, suppliers and clients, with the credibility to influence and build effective relationships.
