Job summary

Found By Few in London is seeking a Product Owner to lead hands-on delivery in a gamified insurance-focused product. You will own how work flows through the squad, partnering with senior leadership to drive member engagement.

You will deliver end-to-end from backlog to release and post-launch analytics, shaping product mechanics and reward loops used by hundreds of thousands of members daily. This role is hybrid, with weekly in-office presence in London.

Qualifications

• Experience in a delivery-focused product role (Product Owner, associate PM, delivery manager or similar).
• Consumer app or gamified product experience.
• Based in the UK, commutable from London; willing to travel to a London office as needed.
• Right to work in the UK (essential).

Responsibilities

You'll have real ownership of how work flows through the squad, working closely with senior leadership in a product-led team focused on gamified member engagement.

You'll need…

• To be based in the UK, commutable from London. Applications from further afield in the UK will be considered but you will need to be comfortable coming to a London office.
