Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Limitless in London is seeking a Product Owner to drive a live platform used across a global business. This role sits in a digital team and focuses on the thinking behind the product and its delivery, not just backlog admin.
You’ll own the next phase, work with a Senior PM, a product designer, analysts, and an expanding engineering team, in a flexible scrum environment with AI tooling. The job is hybrid, with two days a week in central London.
Most PO roles doing the rounds right now are backlog admin dressed up as strategy. You inherit someone else’s mess, keep tickets moving, and never get near the parts that actually shape the product.
This one’s the opposite. You’d own the next phase of a platform that’s already live, already trusted, and already compulsory across a global business. It’s one of the most used products in the company, so when it gets better, thousands of people feel it. The foundations are in, and the job now is taking it well beyond the first version, building what users are actually asking for.
You’d sit inside a digital team embedded in a much larger business. They’ve run like a startup for years, building their own products, with global backing and without most of the red tape.
It’s a logic-heavy role. You’ll be the person who can look at the data and the rules behind it and work out what happens downstream when something changes, then explain it clearly to engineers and stakeholders. Design is already covered by a strong product designer, so your focus is the thinking behind the product and getting it delivered.
Delivery is a flexible scrum, not sprint theatre, with real weight on finishing what’s in flight before pulling in new work. They use AI tooling day to day, but stories are still written and owned by humans.
People stay here, and POs get to move across different products as new things get built.
The process is simple: a conversational first chat with the Senior PM and the product team, a practical exercise on a real data set that you talk the team through, then a final conversation in the office.
If you’re currently stuck maintaining someone else’s roadmap and you’d rather get your teeth into a real, widely used product.
