  • Identify and manage product delivery risks alongside the Delivery Manager, resolving or mitigating issues wherever possible.
  • Define product success measures, monitor performance and user behaviour, and use insights to support continuous improvement and optimisation.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from initial requirements and development through to delivery, compliance, optimisation and ongoing maintenance.

  • Develop commercially valuable products that meet user needs and contribute to positive customer and business outcomes.
  • Effectively plan, prioritise and manage product feature backlogs while contributing to the development and evolution of the product roadmap.
  • Analyse product, user and financial data using business intelligence tools to support informed product decisions.
  • Influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Service and Customer Success, with strong presentation, organisational and time management skills.
  • Work effectively within an agile product development environment, using approaches such as hypothesis development, prototyping, usability testing and customer feedback to continually improve products.
