Job summary

Anaplan is seeking a highly motivated Business Operations Manager to lead operational projects within the GPTO group. You will partner with Product and Engineering to streamline product intake, prioritization, and roadmap processes, while driving cross‑functional change and measurable impact.

You will design and manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables, and develop reporting to empower leadership with clear insights.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Product Management, Product Ops or Business Operations within a Product or Technology organization.
• Proficiency in project management tools and change management frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute operational projects within the GPTO Business Operations team.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to facilitate Product Intake and Roadmap processes.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Create and deliver operationalization plans including comms, enablement material and executive reporting.
• Build dashboards and reporting to drive continuous improvement.
