Zusammenfassung

WorkWave is seeking a product-minded applied data scientist or engineer to transform raw operational data into product features that improve customer decisions and business outcomes. This is not purely research or internal analytics; you will own models end-to-end and ensure adoption.

You will learn the domain, build missing data, and deploy models that are usable, explainable and measurable within our product.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in applied data science, ML engineering, or data engineering with production models.
• Strong Python and ML libraries; solid SQL expertise required.
• Ability to own models in production from problem framing to outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Own the Outcome: take ambiguous customer problems and build solutions people act on.
• Learn the Domain: understand how customers operate and what terms mean.
• Build the Data You Need: create features in Snowflake/dbt when missing.
• Make the Value Legible: measure impact and report it in numbers to stakeholders.
• Measure Honestly: design offline/online eval, A/B tests, and causal analyses.
• Ship and Operate: deployment, testing, monitoring, and drift detection.
• Embed with Product: collaborate with PMs and engineers to weave ML into workflows.
