If you’re an experienced, customer-obsessed PMM who is ready to embrace a rapidly developing product marketing function, this role is for you.

Cleo’s product marketing team represents the voice of the customer within our product development process and communicates the value of our products back to consumers. We focus on driving product adoption, engagement, and user delight. Cleo’s products have evolved and diversified quickly - and now both product and marketing teams can’t wait to embrace the value of a high-performing PMM.

This is an IC role, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. The ideal candidate is based in London and willing to spend some time in our Shoreditch office.

As our Product Marketing Manager (PMM) - Savings & Habits, you will:

  1. Lead product-specific go-to-market: Develop, evolve, and own the GTM strategy for our Savings and Habit building features, including:
  2. Product messaging and positioning
  3. Pricing and packaging of both existing and new features
  4. Influencing, synthesizing information, and driving consistency in GTM across functions (product management, product design, marketing design, commercial, user research, and more)

Be the voice of our customer:

  1. Deeply understand how and why current and, most importantly, new users might engage with our Savings & Habits building products, identify unarticulated needs, and collaborate with user research, analytics, and product teams to develop and execute roadmaps, including market testing, whitespace analysis, gaps analysis, and innovation opportunities.
  2. Support in building and implementing audience segmentation strategies relevant to the FinTech ecosystem.
  3. Own competitive intelligence: identify and analyze competitors' budget, savings, and habits/challenges offerings, and deliver relevant updates to product and marketing teams.
  4. Iterate with Data: synthesize inputs, both qualitative and quantitative, across product, growth, marketing, user research, and industry.
  5. Communicate & Influence: proactively update product squads and marketing teams on product developments, roadmaps, testing, messaging, positioning, and more.
  6. Drive product growth: support product feature campaigns for updates, working closely with CRM and performance marketing teams.
  7. Be our product spokesperson: represent Cleo at partner events, on social media, with influencers, press, panels, and end-users.
  8. Produce content: develop tutorials, demos, videos, guides, case studies in partnership with creative, product, and engineering teams.
  9. Drive impact: measure success through relevant metrics and KPIs.
  10. Internal and external product expert: develop and communicate a deep understanding of Cleo’s AI, savings, budgeting, and challenges capabilities.

About you

  1. 4+ years of relevant experience in product marketing with a proven track record in high-growth environments.
  2. Customer-obsessed mindset.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  4. Experience building new products from pre-ideation stage.
  5. Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment between Marketing, Product, and Engineering.
  6. Excellent project management and presentation skills.
  7. Team-oriented with successful collaboration across functions.
  8. Proficiency in using data and insights to inform strategy.
  9. Experience in B2C product marketing is required.
  10. Experience in FinTech is a plus but not required.
