Job summary

Cole & Yates Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for our Bristol-based product team. You’ll work across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to translate technical knowledge into compelling positioning, messaging and sales-enablement materials.

You’ll be a strong communicator, eager to learn technical details and to build trusted relationships across teams and locations. Hybrid with three days in the office weekly, salary £40,000–£50,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in product marketing, technical marketing, proposition, go-to-market, product communications, sales enablement or market insight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing product positioning, value propositions or messaging.
• Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market activity.
• Ability to translate technical or complex information into clear commercial messages.
• Full driving licence.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to company offices, industry events and customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Build understanding of products, services, customers and market.
• Conduct customer, competitor and market research.
• Create and improve product positioning, value propositions, buyer personas, use cases and messaging.
• Translate complex product information into clear content for audiences.
• Produce sales-enablement materials such as pitch decks and FAQs.
• Support product launches with messaging and proof points.
• Monitor market and regulatory developments and their implications.
• Collaborate across Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to improve communication.
• Identify customer stories, case studies and market opportunities.
