Job Description:

As Product Marketing Manager, you’ll own the positioning, GTM strategy, and lifecycle marketing for our spot trading platform and crypto card product. You will be the voice of the customer, building bridges between the product, growth, and creative teams to craft compelling narratives and data-driven campaigns that drive adoption, retention, and trust. Think of this role as a hybrid between the strategic mindset of a product lead and the creative intuition of a storyteller.

Responsibilities:

  1. Own the product marketing roadmap for spot trading and crypto card verticals
  2. Craft compelling messaging and value propositions that differentiate us in a crowded market
  3. Define and refine user personas, use cases, and customer journeys
  4. Lead GTM planning for feature and product launches, coordinating cross-functionally with product, design, comms, and growth
  5. Deliver impactful marketing assets across website, email, social, in-app, and video
  6. Collaborate with PR, content, and community teams to amplify launches externally
  7. Gather and analyze market research, competitive benchmarking, and user feedback to inform strategy
  8. Conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests to uncover insights that improve product and messaging
  9. Partner with lifecycle and growth teams to build acquisition and retention campaigns
  10. Optimize conversion flows and onboarding journeys through data-backed experimentation
  11. Identify opportunities to drive engagement with new features, rewards, and card incentives
  12. Define KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiatives
  13. Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools like GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar
  14. Iterate quickly based on data and feedback
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in fintech, crypto, or high-growth tech startups
  • Proven success launching and scaling B2C financial products or platforms
  • Strong understanding of centralized exchanges, crypto spot trading, and payment card ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills—you can simplify complex ideas and tell stories that convert
  • Highly collaborative, with experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and user research
  • Experience in regulated industries or financial services is a plus
  • Bonus: Familiarity with DeFi, Web3 wallets, or community-led growth
