Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive growth of the spinal portfolio, focusing on capital equipment and robotics.

The role is fully remote across the UK, Ireland, Belgium and the Netherlands, with up to 60% travel and frequent launches in collaboration with sales and clinical teams. You will lead launch plans, manage the Salesforce funnel, deliver training to customers and sales teams, shape market strategy, gather competitive intelligence and build relationships

Qualifications

• Experience in product or marketing within spinal, orthopaedic, or neuromodulation therapies.
• Capital equipment experience.
• Ability to collaborate with sales and regional marketing teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Fluent English; other languages a plus.

The Role

As Senior Marketing Specialist, you will drive growth of a spinal portfolio, with a focus on capital equipment and robotics. You will lead launch plans, manage the sales funnel in Salesforce, deliver clinical and technical training to customers and sales teams, shape strategy, build competitive intelligence, and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.

Location

Remote, based anywhere in the UK, Ireland, Belgium or the Netherlands, with up to 60% travel.

Requirements

• Product or marketing experience in spinal, orthopaedic or neuromodulation therapies
• Capital experience
• Able to work effectively with sales and regional marketing teams
• Happy to travel 50%
• Fluent English; other European languages a plus
