    • Conduct market research to anticipate trends and meet evolving customer demands.
  2. Oversee end-to-end product launches and updates

    • Optimise listings on relevant e-commerce marketplaces, ensuring information accuracy and an engaging customer experience.
  4. Streamline marketing and product development workflows
    • Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to reduce launch timelines and improve process efficiency.
    • Prioritise tasks and responsibilities so that other marketing resources can focus on broader organisational needs.
  5. Facilitate cross-functional alignment and performance measurement
    • Maintain communication with sales, finance, and regional marketing teams to ensure consistent product strategies.
    • Track key performance indicators (such as sales growth and return on investment) and present findings to management.
    • Support the creation of digital and print product marketing campaigns.
    • Maintain accurate product descriptions and other materials.
    • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines across all platforms.
    • Liaise with external agencies to assist with advertising, design, or research.
    • Attend relevant trade shows or industry events to stay informed of market trends and networking opportunities.
    • Undertake any other responsibilities in line with business needs.
    • Provide day-to-day marketing support (as required) to some of the smaller GYEUR subsidiaries during the development stages of their local marketing departments and activities.

Skills required include strong organisational skills, excellent communication, analytical mindset, attention to detail, creative problem-solving, ability to work within deadlines, and a keen interest in technical or industrial sectors. The candidate should be self-motivated and proactive, capable of autonomous work and team collaboration.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Skill in copywriting or proofreading, with an eye for clarity and consistency.
  • Ability to analyse and report on campaign effectiveness and product performance.
