Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Product Marketing Associate for Rubbermaid Commercial Products in the Manchester area. You will support end-to-end product development, collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, and create tools that empower sales teams across EMEA.

The role requires experience in product/brand marketing, launch support, fluent English, and travel ~20%. The position offers a flexible hybrid work model and opportunities for development through training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in product, channel or brand marketing.
• Experience supporting physical-product launches.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of new and existing product development projects from brief through to launch and post-launch review.
• Coordinate timelines, product information, approvals, samples and launch materials to ensure timely market delivery.
• Produce category insights through SKU analysis, performance tracking and competitor monitoring.
• Collaborate with EMEA, international and global teams across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and other functions.
• Develop sales tools, presentations and training materials to support commercial success and brand activation.
• Provide product knowledge and guidance on features, benefits, and applications to internal stakeholders.
