Job summary

Kainos is a leading provider of SaaS Workday solutions. We seek a Product Manager to own product roadmaps, align with sales, delivery and marketing, and drive ROI across Workday-related offerings.

You will engage with customers and partners, translate market needs into measurable product plans, and mentor junior team members to build innovative solutions in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• SaaS product management experience in agile software development.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in building, marketing, pricing and launching software products.
• Workday knowledge and experience required.
• Experience running beta and early adopter programs with customers/partners.
• Proven track record working with business analysts/architects to advance product.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and coordinate across functions for execution and impact.
• Define value proposition and ROI for products and features.
• Lead market segmentation and GTM activities.
• Manage pricing of features and modules.
• Launch products and features with delivery, marketing and onboarding teams.
• Measure success and ROI and adapt strategies to maintain market leadership.
