Job summary

The Football Association is seeking a Product Manager to lead the Corporate product portfolio, including Workday and Digital Payments. You will own the Workday roadmap, collaborate with HR, Finance and Technology, and drive value across the organisation.

Ideal candidates will have strong Workday experience, be adept at managing suppliers and stakeholders, and operate within an Agile delivery environment to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing Workday products, platforms or programmes in live environments.
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps and investment plans delivering business value.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in Agile product delivery environments and measuring success with KPIs/OKRs.
• Knowledge of digital payments products and services.
• Desirable familiarity with using AI to boost productivity and UX.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for Workday, Digital Payments and associated Corporate products.
• Lead annual product planning and ensure priorities align with business goals and investment plans.
• Partner with HR, Finance and Technology stakeholders to translate needs into product outcomes.
• Manage product budgets, vendor relationships and third-party providers (Workday and AMS partners).
• Drive continuous improvement across the Workday platform with new functionality and releases.
• Champion a high-quality user experience, ensuring security and alignment with requirements.
• Monitor product performance, define success measures and use data/feedback for future priorities.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to translate roadmaps into outcomes.
