Job summary

George Technology, part of George, is seeking a Product Manager to shape the roadmap for multiple products across the George Technology portfolio and drive outcomes that matter to customers and the business.

You’ll partner with engineering, analytics and business teams to translate strategy into measurable product goals, define priorities and deliver value while fostering a mature product-led culture across George. This fixed-term role offers a significant impact.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of product management practices and end-to-end lifecycle.
• Experience managing multiple products, platforms or complex product domains.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery.
• Strong prioritisation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Experience using data and customer insight to drive product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for multiple products and product areas across George Technology.
• Translate business strategy, customer needs and technology priorities into clear product outcomes and measurable objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer, colleague and business experiences through technology and process improvement.
• Prioritise investment and delivery activity based on value, evidence, risk and strategic alignment.
• Lead product discovery activities to understand problems, validate opportunities and shape potential solutions.
• Work with engineering, architecture, delivery and business teams through discovery, delivery and improvement.
• Use customer insight and data to evaluate performance and inform decisions.
• Define and communicate product priorities to stakeholders and clarify trade-offs.
• Shape epics, features and user stories for delivery teams.
• Manage product performance to improve adoption and outcomes.
• Champion product management practices and contribute to George's product capability.
