George Technology is seeking a Product Manager to define strategy, roadmaps and priorities across a portfolio of products. You will work with business and tech teams to translate strategy into outcomes that deliver value for customers and the business.

You will influence decisions, drive outcomes, and help embed a product-led culture across George. This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract with meaningful impact across strategic initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of product management practices and end-to-end lifecycle.
• Experience managing multiple products, platforms or complex domains.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery.
• Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills.

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for multiple products across George Technology.
• Translate business strategy and customer needs into measurable outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve experiences through technology and process improvements.
• Prioritise investment and delivery based on value, evidence, and risk.
• Lead product discovery to validate opportunities and shape solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, delivery and business teams throughout discovery and delivery.
• Use analytics and insights to inform decision-making.
