Job summary

George Technology is seeking a Product Manager to define the vision, roadmap and priorities for multiple products across the George Technology portfolio. You will work with business and technology teams to translate strategy into outcomes that deliver measurable value for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of product management practices and the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Experience managing multiple products, platforms or complex product domains.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery.
• Strong prioritisation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for multiple products and product areas across George Technology.
• Translate business strategy, customer needs and technology priorities into clear product outcomes and measurable objectives.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer, colleague and business experiences through technology and process improvement.
• Lead product discovery activities to understand problems, validate opportunities and shape potential solutions.
• Work closely with engineering, architecture, delivery and business teams throughout discovery, delivery and continuous improvement.
• Use customer insight, product analytics and operational data to evaluate performance and inform decision-making.
• Define and communicate product priorities, ensuring stakeholders understand key trade-offs and decisions.
• Shape and refine epics, features and user stories, ensuring teams have sufficient clarity to deliver effectively.
• Manage product performance, identifying opportunities to improve adoption, reliability, efficiency and business outcomes.
• Champion product management best practices and contribute to the development of George's product capability and community.
