Job summary

Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD) is seeking a Country Product Manager to translate regional strategy into local portfolio execution and drive commercial success in the UK. You will support omnichannel campaigns, optimise the product portfolio, and enable sales with training and tender support.

The role requires experience in product management or marketing within diagnostics or medical devices, with a focus on product launches, branding, and data-driven insights.

  • Ability to work with product management and CRM systems, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Skilled at analyzing data with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • A proactive approach that combines creative and analytical thinking.

Job Description

The Country Product Manager is responsible for translating regional strategy into local portfolio execution and commercial success. They support the execution of Omnichannel Campaigns to generate demand. Accelerate business growth by optimising the product portfolio, driving end-to-end Product Launches. Enable Sales Teams through expertise, training, and tender support, while ensuring strong alignment with customer needs. The role also plays a critical part in capturing and translating Customer Insights into actionable improvements and contributing to the Integrated Business Planning.

Salary

Salary range of the role: £43,300 - £60,000 + bonus + benefits

Salary Range Information £43,300.00 - £66,025.00 GBP Annual

Work arrangement
