Job summary

Its Lolly Limited is seeking a Product Manager to shape and deliver key product areas across our suite, ensuring customer-focused, commercially viable and scalable solutions. You will work across hardware, software and services, including EPoS, mobile apps and AI capabilities, serving customers in hospitality, education and healthcare.

You will partner with Engineering, Commercial and Operations to translate insight into clear product direction and see features through from discovery to delivery

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Product Management within a SaaS or scalable technology business.
• Hands-on experience with discovery, backlog management, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Confident discussing complex platforms, integrations and APIs with engineers
• Data-led approach using analytics and customer feedback to inform decisions
• Experience delivering in Agile environments
• Proven ability to adapt in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Own features across the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Contribute to product roadmaps aligned with wider business strategy.
• Prioritise the backlog by customer value, commercial impact and technical feasibility.
• Define success measures and track outcomes after release.
• Ensure compatibility with payments, security and governance requirements.
