Job summary

Nando's is seeking a Product Manager for Restaurant Ordering to own initiatives from discovery to rollout across 500+ restaurants. You’ll blend restaurant operations with software and physical technology, coordinating across Operations, Technology, suppliers and restaurant teams to land change successfully.

You’ll evaluate needs, shape requirements, and guide deployments in live restaurant environments, while developing a strategy for connected devices and IoT adoption to improve operational

Qualifications

• Experience delivering initiatives with both software and hardware components.
• Strong stakeholder management across Technology, Operations and senior stakeholders.
• Delivery-focused with ability to own initiatives end-to-end in a multi-site environment.
• Comfortable working with third-party technology suppliers and coordinating across organisations.
• Interest in connected devices and IoT to improve restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Own Restaurant Ordering initiatives from discovery through rollout and handover.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Operations, Nandocas and stakeholders to understand needs.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, briefs and scope with business value.
• Work with tech leads, engineers and suppliers to explore feasible solutions.
• Lead initiatives spanning software, hardware, networking and processes.
• Maintain engagement through delivery to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Communicate progress, risks and changes to timescales with stakeholders.
• Coordinate pilots and large-scale rollouts across 500+ restaurants.
