Product Manager – £50,000 – Remote/Monthly South West meetups – 12 months FTC - Force for good, remote first business, flexible working, part time considered, 20 + 8 days bank holiday, private medical, weekly lunches, mental health support & more!

This is an exciting new position for a product owner/manager with a couple of years of experience, supporting the newly formed tech side of the business in delivering a range of products – from medical tech clients to EdTech products/programmes. You will have the opportunity to advance your career with some of the brightest minds in the industry!

The Role

You will join the tech side of the business and contribute to multiple ongoing client products. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in the product space. You will lead product development within a team of 5, ensuring products exceed expectations and contribute positively to the team.

A key part of your role will be managing priorities in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple client expectations and products. You will monitor JIRA tickets to ensure timely delivery, assist with product discovery phases, ALPA stages, and work with the tech team and clients on feedback, writing user stories and epics.

You should be detail-oriented, task-driven, and capable of organizing the development team to manage priorities effectively.

You will be a product evangelist. The team utilizes AGILE methodologies but seeks continuous improvement. They value learning and development, and you should have a positive attitude towards managing challenging stakeholders and driving results.
