Job summary

Opencast is a growing tech consultancy delivering user-centred solutions for government, healthcare and purpose-driven clients. As Product Manager, you’ll shape strategy and delivery, balancing user needs with business goals to create services used by millions of UK citizens.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams in Agile, run discovery workshops, manage backlogs and help translate vision into tangible features while ensuring quality and security policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex digital services in government/public sector.
• Ability to translate product roadmaps into backlogs and prioritise delivery.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience with GOV.UK Service Standards and government standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and delivery for client projects.
• Collaborate with design, development and research teams in Agile environments.
• Run discovery and ideation workshops across stakeholders.
• Manage product backlogs to meet client preferences and timelines.
• Ensure work complies with quality, environmental and information security policies.
