Job summary

Qualifications

• Обязателен опыт работы в Product Owner или Product Management; умение формулировать требования, приоритизировать и развивать дорожную карту продукта.
• Умение выстраивать взаимодействия с бизнес-стейкхолдерами и данными, влияние на бизнес и технологии.
• Опыт внедрения изменений на основе обратной связи клиентов и результатов бизнеса.
• Оценка по критическим навыкам: риск, контроль, трансформация, бизнес-подкрепление, цифровые технологии.
• Плюсом будет опыт в CX, картировании пути клиента или сервис-дизайне; знание рисков и регуляторных требований.

Responsibilities

• Strong Product Owner or Product Management experience, including requirements, prioritisation, and product roadmap development
• Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across business, technology, risk, and other functions
• Experience driving product adoption, change, and continuous improvement, using customer feedback and business outcomes to shape priorities
• May be assessed on critical skills relevant to the role, including risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills
