Job summary

R3 is hiring a Product Manager to lead delivery and product as the protocol moves from invite-only soft launch to public launch. You’ll work with a small, fast-moving team of engineers to keep the roadmap accurate, decisions documented, and the launch date on track.

As you settle in, you’ll own product areas including lending-market and DEX integrations, permissionless vaults, retail onboarding, and launching a new Earn product.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product or technical program management.
• 2+ years delivering on-chain products to mainnet.
• Knowledge of lending markets, collateral, LTV, liquidation mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Delivery discipline: keep roadmap up to date, set agendas, maintain a decision log.
• Manage third-party integrations end-to-end and write PRDs.
• Turn product goals into actionable issues for engineering and remove blockers.
• Own partner and curator flows for subscription, settlement, and redemption, on- and off-chain.
