Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Product Manager to own a diverse life sciences product portfolio in Greater Manchester. You will drive lifecycle management, launch readiness and cross-functional collaboration to support commercial growth.

Based in Greater Manchester with hybrid 2–3 days in the office, you will work with regulatory, quality and commercial teams to deliver portfolio improvements and accurate forecasting. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong specialist background within Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences or Medical Devices.
• Proven success as a Product Manager within Life Science / Healthcare sectors.
• Immediately available, or able to start within a few weeks of receiving an offer.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day performance and operational health of assigned product portfolios.
• Support product lifecycle activities including launches, portfolio changes, range maintenance and discontinuations.
• Coordinate with supply chain, finance and commercial teams to ensure product availability and effective forecasting.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identifying risks, opportunities and required actions.
• Manage approval processes for product materials, claims and content in line with regulatory requirements.
• Support launch readiness activities, ensuring cross-functional alignment across key stakeholders.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to inform decision-making.
• Work closely with regulatory, quality, medical and commercial teams to resolve issues and drive portfolio improvements.
• Prepare performance updates, recommendations and reports for senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, processes and ways of working.
