Omega Resource Group is seeking an experienced Product Manager for industrial electrical products in Coleshill. The role is hybrid, based in Coleshill with mix of office and remote work, and includes a car allowance and annual bonus.

You will own the product strategy across lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, sales, marketing, operations and supply chain to drive growth and profitability. Ideal candidates have strong commercial acumen, lifecycle management experience in

Qualifications

• Previous experience in product management or similar commercial leadership role.
• Experience in electrical, industrial manufacturing, cable management, utilities, infrastructure, or related sectors.
• Ability to manage products through full lifecycle.
• Strong pricing, profitability, and market analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with technical B2B products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that support growth objectives.
• Manage full lifecycle from market analysis through to launch and end-of-life planning.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer engagement to identify opportunities.
• Define product positioning, value propositions, and pricing strategies.
• Build and maintain clear product roadmaps aligned with market requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing on development initiatives.
