Qualifications

• Experience applying Agile practices and selecting delivery approaches.
• Strong user-centred mindset with ability to advocate for inclusive, accessible products.
• Professional certifications such as PSPO, Scrum Master, or Kanban certification.
• Ability to balance effort, risk and business value when prioritising roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog using user research, data insights, and stakeholder input.
• Work collaboratively with delivery teams to define acceptance criteria and enable iterative value delivery.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and use performance data to guide decisions.
