Job summary

Paloma Health in England is seeking a Product Manager to own the internal platform and automation used by clinical and operations teams. You will drive the healthtech product lifecycle, lead a Product & Engineering squad, and partner with clinical stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-informed improvements.

You will translate requirements into actionable stories, run agile ceremonies, and prioritise work to support Paloma’s mission of accessible NHS autism and ADHD care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Product Manager role in a high-growth, product-led organisation.
• Own the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ongoing optimisation, and measuring outcomes.
• Experience in healthcare/healthtech is desirable.
• Building internal operational products (e.g., booking engines, CRM workflows).
• Experience with AI/ML product initiatives and agile methodologies.
• Formal training in Agile (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex service requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Write detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs.
• Lead squad ceremonies and manage sprint cadence.
• Use data to inform decisions, prioritisation, and measure feature impact.
• Support QA and UAT to ensure high-quality delivery.
