Paloma Health is seeking a Data Engineer to join a mission-driven team accelerating NHS autism and ADHD assessments in England. You will design, build, and maintain ELT pipelines, own the data warehouse, and develop reporting data models with BI stakeholders.

You will work across cross-functional teams, using Dataform, BigQuery, and Python/JS to enable scalable data insights and governance, while benefiting from a supportive equity and leave package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Four years of hands-on experience in data engineering or related roles, with a proven track record of building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines.
• Able to communicate clearly and efficiently with all internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain ELT pipelines using Dataform and BigQuery.
• Own and evolve the data warehouse structure with well-documented schemas and cost/performance optimisations.
• Build and maintain reporting infrastructure for reliable datasets and models.
