Boots in Nottingham is seeking a Product Manager for Appointments & Healthcare Services to shape the digital experience from concept to launch, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to meet customer needs and business goals.

You will own features, prioritise the roadmap, manage the backlog, run customer research and track metrics, applying healthcare knowledge to improve patient and colleague journeys.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, particularly in healthcare services.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping work aligned to the roadmap.
• Knowledge of pharmacy and healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Own specific product features and drive them from concept to launch.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable product plans.
• Prioritise features and enhancements in line with business goals and user needs.
• Refine and manage the product backlog to ensure the highest-value work is delivered.
• Conduct customer research and gather market insights to inform decisions.
• Define, track, and analyse product metrics to understand performance and guide improvements.
• Identify risks and issues early, escalating and mitigating where needed.
