Zopa, the UK fintech behind the P2P lending and bank, is hiring a Product Manager in the Unsecured Personal Loans Growth team. You will own how we originate loans, focusing on decisioning, data, and the product journeys that determine who we can lend to and how customers access offers.

You will work with a small, ambitious product team and collaborate with Credit Risk, Data Science and Front Line Risk to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own lending decisioning and data journeys to enable offers.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion and eligibility.
• Rethink third‑party data usage and partner journeys.
• Shape decisioning rules and lending logic to impact outcomes.
• Collaborate in a small, ambitious product team with risk and data partners.
