About the role

Are you a visionary Product Manager passionate about driving innovation in technology and managed services? At Node4, we’re seeking a talented individual to join our Office of the CTO. Collaborating with product managers, architects, and technology directors, you’ll play a key role in enhancing and expanding our offerings. This is a mid-level role focused on our managed service offerings.

What will you be doing?

1. Oversee product lifecycle management from ideation to enhancements, including managing service cost models, cost-price analysis, competitor analysis, and building price books.
2. Collaborate with Managed Services stakeholders to refine Support Services models, core service components, and our unified Managed Services proposition, ensuring clear messaging across markets.
3. Act as the product champion/evangelist by promoting services to sales teams and partners, and delivering training.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams to influence pricing strategies and product roadmaps.
5. Develop statements of work, service descriptions, proposals, and marketing collateral to ensure client confidence and clear expectations.
6. Drive profitable revenue streams around Managed Services, supporting capacity planning and skills mapping.

What will you bring?

1. Proficiency in product management and service design, ideally within an MSP or similar organization.
2. Experience in product/service roles, with exposure to Microsoft 365, Device Management, RMM, and ITIL/ITSM.
3. Strong communication skills to present confidently at senior levels.
4. Excellent collaboration, relationship-building, and business acumen.
5. Experience analyzing data reports to evaluate product performance.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment with high motivation and focus.
