loveholidays is seeking a senior Platform Product Leader to shape the trading OS, define roadmaps and align with engineering, Revenue Management and commercial leaders. You will build API-rich tools and data models that empower commercial teams to experiment with pricing, packaging and availability while collaborating with engineering on scalable AI-enabled decisions.

Define the Trading OS roadmap, outcomes, metrics, and investment priorities with engineering, Revenue Management, and commercial leaders
Build flexible tools, APIs, and data models for commercial teams to configure, test, and roll out pricing, packaging, and availability changes
Collaborate with Engineering on technical design, service boundaries, data contracts, and scalable architecture for AI-assisted decision-making
Improve the quality, reliability, and visibility of commercial data
Use data and controlled experimentation to measure operator efficiency, engineering effort avoided, platform adoption, and commercial impact
Drive platform adoption through documentation, onboarding, and feedback loops for internal product and commercial consumers
Proven platform product leadership, owning technical, API-heavy, data-rich, or internal platform products used by multiple teams
Ability to model complex dependencies across data, services, and workflows as stable, composable capabilities
Strong technical fluency across APIs, data models, distributed systems, configuration engines, and observability
Commercial judgement and ability to connect platform strategy to margin, trading objectives, and customer value
Expertise in data and experimentation, including defining metrics, designing controlled tests, and using data to guide decisions
Strong execution and communication skills to navigate ambiguity, balance platform health with delivery, and align technical and non-technical stakeholders
