Qualifications

• Own and evolve AI-powered analytics and decision-support experiences that help users discover insights, automate workflows, and make better decisions
• Define product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics for a portfolio of analytics and AI-enabled products
• Partner with engineering teams to build intelligent experiences using Large Language Models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), conversational interfaces, and agentic workflows
• Collaborate with analytics, data, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify customer needs and AI-driven opportunities
• Translate complex customer and business problems into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
• Use qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product performance and inform investment decisions
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer expectations
• Ensure products address trust, governance, privacy, security, and responsible AI considerations
• Partner across platform and domain teams to deliver scalable capabilities adopted across multiple business functions

Требования

• 5+ Years of Product Management experience delivering technical products, data products, analytics solutions, AI-powered applications, or enterprise software
• Experience in analytics, data, machine learning, AI, or other technical product domains
• Strong understanding of how users interact with data and analytics products to answer questions, generate insights, and drive business outcomes
• Experience working with software engineers and technical stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize work, and deliver products iteratively
• Strong familiarity with generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), conversational AI, or machine learning-powered experiences
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, orchestration frameworks, evaluation approaches, or similar AI product patterns
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences
• Nice to have: Experience building or launching AI-powered analytics products, enterprise data or knowledge systems, responsible AI principles, partnership with Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI teams, taking products from concept through launch and optimization, measuring adoption and business impact, complex cross-functional environments, travel, e-commerce, marketplace, or consumer technology experience
