Job summary

Octopus Energy Group is seeking a Product Manager for OE Tech, focused on North American work with Uplight. You will own roadmaps, break down work for engineering, and drive rapid prototypes and data-driven decisions to deliver scalable, customer-centric energy solutions.

You’ll collaborate with UX, data, and engineering to turn insights into MVPs, maintain documentation, and align stakeholders around measurable customer value. Flexible, fast-paced, startup-like environment desired.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience with stories from discovery to launch.
• Experience in startups or fast-moving scale-ups.
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• Comfort with AI to prototype and with data queries to test ideas.

Responsibilities

• Own a product roadmap and prioritise opportunities across teams.
• Plan, run, deliver and monitor key missions; ensure smooth handoffs.
• Break work into shippable increments and align with engineering rituals.
• Champion product discovery and prototype with AI-driven approaches.
• Iterate roadmap with fresh insights, collect feedback, and analyze data.
• Manage stakeholder network with clear shared understanding of customer value.
• Empathise with customers to uncover pain points and improve UX.
• Maintain product documentation and monitor market trends.
