Job summary

DWP is seeking a user-focused and data-driven Product Manager to lead a key product within the DWP Insights Programme. You will own the product strategy, roadmap and delivery, working with senior stakeholders to shape vision and prioritise backlog.

The role offers hybrid working across our digital hubs with a salary up to £68,205, plus a 28.97% employer pension contribution, flexible hours and a strong work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience of creating and communicating a product vision and roadmap.
• Experience of prioritising backlogs based on user needs, value and effort.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmaps, with evidence-based prioritisation decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and users to ensure products deliver measurable value.
• Monitor performance against outcomes and coordinate delivery across multiple products.
