Swiss Re is seeking a Product Manager for Data-Driven Underwriting Solutions in London. You will manage the lifecycle of underwriting software capabilities, starting with Underwriting Assistant, working with global teams and external partners to deliver measurable business value.

You will shape the product strategy, translate complex needs into actionable requirements, and drive delivery with AI and analytics teams, ensuring high-quality releases and strong client outcomes across regions.

Qualifikationen

• Proven B2B software product management experience across discovery to delivery and adoption.
• Translate complex business needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical skills with confidence to work with data and tech teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management across regions.
• Familiarity with SaaS products, API integrations, UX principles and client adoption strategies.

• Shape the product vision, roadmap and priorities, balancing client needs and business value.
