Job summary

Eaton is a global intelligent power management company. You will own the strategy, roadmap and lifecycle of Eaton's White Space portfolio across EMEA, identifying market opportunities and driving profitable growth with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Operations.

Based in a global matrix organisation, you will collaborate with teams across EMEA and North America, define requirements for new product development, support launches and contribute to AI-ready data center infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Business Development.
• Experience within the Data Center industry.
• Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with White Space solutions (racks, rack PDUs, containment, PODs, modular infrastructure or similar technologies) is highly desirable.

• Define and execute product strategy and roadmap.
• Manage the product lifecycle from development to end-of-life.
• Own product profitability and support pricing strategy.
• Gather customer insights and monitor market trends.
