Job Description:

You will be working within the Market Risk Information Technology team (MRIT) within TDI (Technology, Data & Innovation) and own and deliver the RiskFinder platform to multiple stakeholders and sponsors using Agile practices. RiskFinder is the Bank’s Risk & Capital Management platform, providing capabilities to calculate capital metrics, perform risk scenario analysis, and conduct portfolio risk analytics across the Bank’s business lines. It processes over 600 billion scenarios daily on a high-performance compute grid, storing results in a big data store for aggregation, reporting, and analysis.

The Data Product Manager will focus on designing, building, and maintaining extensive data pipelines while implementing data governance controls. You will be part of a product team shaping the roadmap, strategy, and backlog within an agile framework, collaborating closely with solution architecture, business stakeholders, and technology leadership.

Your key responsibilities:
  • Preparing backlog features and stories ahead of quarterly planning in an agile cycle.
  • Collaborating on the product and technology roadmap with architecture teams.
  • Communicating the roadmap effectively across the organization and managing risks and issues.
  • Supporting team members’ career development through coaching and mentoring.
Your skills and experience:
  • Understanding of risk management and capital calculation.
  • Experience in data analytics/science, preferably with Python, and willingness to learn hands-on skills.
  • Proven product management experience, including backlog and roadmap development, and strategic vision articulation.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ability to guide delivery teams with clear objectives and risk management.
