Job Description:

• Seeking an experienced Product Manager - Credit Product to join our lending team. This role offers an opportunity to influence strategic change programmes through best-in-class design thinking and practices.
• Leverage experience in Corporate Lending, Loan Administration, or Corporate Product Management to support credit product strategy and delivery.
• Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, including Business stakeholders, Delivery squads, and Design & Development teams.
• Engage with key business partners and senior stakeholders to define Business Credit requirements, ensuring solutions meet current and future demands.
• Document requirements as Epics/User stories and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
• Collaborate with SMEs across delivery squads to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of SME and Corporate lending products, including regulatory and operational aspects.
• Support the delivery of major functionalities in the lending domain, with significant contributions in corporate lending.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Design Teams, and delivery squads to resolve design challenges and provide workaround solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders to define business credit requirements for customer-centric solutions.
• Bring banking domain expertise to support delivery aligned with business goals.

Requirements and Skills:

• 5+ years of SME experience in Corporate Lending.
• Strong understanding of SME and Corporate lending products, including regulatory and operational aspects.
• Proven ability to support end-to-end solution delivery from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Experience supporting large-scale credit transformation programmes is advantageous.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
