Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Commercial Product leader for Induct, a core data capability that moves products from setup to sale with better data, speed and governance across Tesco’s retail ecosystem.

Reporting to the Lead Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap and delivery of your product area, working with engineering, UX, data, operations and commercial teams to deliver measurable value for Tesco, colleagues and customers. Qualifications

• Experience shaping product strategy and roadmaps in a complex retail environment.
• Ability to apply product craft across discovery, delivery, measurement and improvement.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, UX, data, operations and commercial teams.
• Ability to translate complex problems into clear priorities and user-centered solutions.
• Proven ability to use data and insights to measure impact and guide prioritisation.
