Job Title: Product Manager - Clinical Research Systems

Location:

Responsibilities:

1. Lead configuration and implementation of the CRIO platform across research sites.
2. Manage study setup, including protocol mapping, workflow design, form creation, and billing integration.
3. Maintain and optimise platform performance, compliance, and data integrity.
4. Provide onboarding, training, and support; develop SOPs and documentation.
5. Build and lead a network of ‘super users’ to promote platform adoption.
6. Act as liaison between site teams and CRIO technical team, translating operational needs into system improvements.
7. Report on system performance and strategic opportunities to CIO.

Qualifications:

1. 3+ years' experience with clinical research systems (preferably CRIO or similar).
2. Understanding of clinical trial workflows and regulatory standards.
3. Experience in system configuration, training, and user support.
4. Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
5. Ability to work in a start-up environment and lead cross-functional teams.
