Job summary

Kestrix is seeking the first Product Manager for KestrixSURVEY, reporting to the CTO. You’ll own the primary product used by housing portfolios and their contractors to prioritise retrofit potential and verify outcomes.

You’ll work with users at housing providers, design, engineering, and sales to turn insights into roadmap, prioritisation, and packaging that customers will buy. We value curiosity, comfort with ambiguity, organisation, end-to-end ownership, and a passion for building

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of PM experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Passion for decarbonisation and the built environment.
• Experience running customer discovery sessions that surface insights which change a roadmap.
• Numerate with quantitative analysis on user and product data.
• Technical enough to engage credibly with engineering constraints.
• Able to translate qualitative customer input and constraints into a prioritised plan.
• Experience partnering with design and engineering to ship product changes.
• Excellent communication across customers, sales, design, and engineering.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery with portfolio and sustainability managers; extract insights that influence roadmap direction.
• Partner with design to turn insights into interaction changes.
• Build defensible roadmap prioritisation by combining customer input with technical constraints.
• Partner with sales to influence product packaging and positioning.
• Collaborate with engineering to build and launch features.
• Spearhead rapid prototyping of new ideas to iterate on customer needs.
• Run onboarding and research calls with customers to observe usage friction.
• Align KestrixSURVEY roadmap with business goals and broader strategy.
• Stay updated on retrofit and housing decarbonisation policy to sharpen the roadmap.
