We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the product strategy, identify market opportunities, and drive the development of our Ascend Technology platform to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the product roadmap for the Ascend Technology Platform, enabling our clients throughout their business lifecycle.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, utilizing data analysis and insights to inform high-impact product decisions and ensure market fit.
  • Use research data to define and execute product requirements, shaping the long-term product roadmap to support business growth.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes.
  • Gather and prioritize stakeholder feedback to refine the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.

Experience and Skills
  • Product management experience, including executing a product roadmap supporting an organization-wide vision across verticals and horizontals.
  • Experience managing roadmaps for functional software platforms with integrated capabilities.
  • Proven track record in delivering product interoperability to enhance client value.
  • Experience migrating clients from legacy on-premise and hosted solutions to SaaS platforms.
  • Experience delivering digital customer experiences throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Understanding of client data, with experience transforming and rationalizing client data from legacy systems to SaaS platforms.
  • Knowledge of product development processes and project management concepts.
